This stylish place is perfect for Couples or Families wanting to explore the Tropical Far North Coast of Queensland. Just 20 mins from Cairns airport and 40 mins from Port Douglas. The Beach is 350m away, the shopping Centre 400m away and Palm Cove with all its restaurants is 30 mins walk by wide beach and bush tracks or a 5 minute drive.

The space

The villa is our home styled to make the most of Cairns tropical climate. It has 3 bedrooms, study, 2 indoor bathrooms and an outdoor open-air bathroom in the pool area. It is a tranquil, leafy and colorful place. The garden or pool can be seen from every room except the back bedroom and main bathroom.

The huge Master Bedroom and ensuite have wonderful natural light and views to the garden all around. The ensuite also has pool and garden views but you can pull the blinds if you wish. A “feature” of the house when we bought it was the lack of a door from the bedroom to the ensuite bathroom. We have added cafe-style swing doors to give a little more privacy but they are not full length.

Please do not book the villa if you are not comfortable about this bathroom arrangement.

The pool and entertaining area are completely private and for your exclusive use.

There is air-conditioning in every bedroom and in the lounge.

There are block out blinds on all of the bedroom windows/doors.

There are flyscreens on the louvres, bedroom doors, kitchen servery and patio doors.

Guest access

The villa is our home and has personal effects in it. Hence some of the cupboards will be locked.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and a study. As well as the Master Bedroom there is a pool-side bedroom with a Queen Bed and there is a larger Back Bedroom with a Kingsize Bed that can be split into 2 Single Beds on request.

We have a separate granny-flat at the back of the property which we use when we get the chance. Access to this is via the carport and up the side of the house passed the 2 smaller bedrooms and main bathroom. However the rear entertaining area and pool area can be completely blocked off by a 6 foot fence so the outdoor entertaining area and pool are private and you will have sole use of this space.
