We will create a listing for your property which includes a property and area description, photographs, calendar availability, instant booking options and property instructions for each stage of your guests’ stay. Once we create the listing, the listing belongs to the property owner which allows our clients to oversee every aspect of their property’s performance under Fab Properties eye.

Housekeeping

Each property that we manage is cleaned to a very high standard and with attention to detail. We provide quality linen and consumables to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay.

Listing Management

Fab Properties keeps a close eye on the holiday rental market, year-round. Our knowledge and analysis of the local seasonal market, competing properties, annual events and extraneous factors has been proven successful in finding the optimal price point for each property we manage.

Our personalised approach to each property listing also extends to guest and partner communication. We pride ourselves on prompt responses for every enquiry and situation.

Property Maintenance

We endeavour to address small property maintenance issues within our housekeeping schedule. For issues outside of our skill & schedule range we have a team of trusted tradespeople. We also have preferred retailers through which we are able to procure replacement parts/materials/appliances at the best price in Cairns. We communicate with our clients about the upkeep of the garden and pool and the frequency required.

Within arms reach

We are within arms reach of Palm Cove, Clifton Beach, Kewarra, and Trinity beach which enables us to identify and address any maintenance issues as they arise.
