The space

This well appointed 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms split level apartment is located on the top floor of the building (3 flights of stairs) giving it a lovely breeze.
There is air-conditioning in every bedroom and in the lounge blackout curtains on the bedroom windows.
The Floor plan is as follow: the entrance, kitchen dining/living areas and balcony on the lower level and on the top level the 2 bedrooms, laundry and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite).

There is a private and undercover carpark space exclusive to our apartment.

The building has a BBQ area, Gym, Lap-Pool and showers & bathrooms by the pool to which our guests have access to.

Guest access

Our guests have access to the whole apartment with the exception of the office which will be locked and a “cage” on the carpark.
