Fabian & Vanessa presented as a very energetic and professional couple who at that stage were already managing a number of properties in Cairns and Palm Cove. As they began working with us in April 2019, they did not disappoint, which sadly had been the case for the seven previous cleaners and property management businesses we had dealt with over the previous 10 years. In terms of dealing with guests Fab Properties communication and assistance, to and with, sometimes difficult guests were exemplar. As a result of FAB Properties managing my Airbnb bookings, I became a “Superhost” - something I would never have achieved on my own.
